Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um vaso metalúrgico (2) tendo uma superfície externa (2a) e uma etiqueta de identificação (1, 1', 1''). a etiqueta de identificação (1, 1', 1'') está disposta na superfície externa (2a). a etiqueta de identificação possui uma matriz condutora (11), que é formada por um material elétrica e termicamente isolante. pelo menos dois transponders passivos (3, 3a, 3b) são embutidos na matriz condutora (11). dentro de uma planta metalúrgica, uma estação de leitura (4) para rastreamento da passagem do vaso metalúrgico (2) está disposta em uma posição de rastreamento. uma antena (5) da estação de leitura (4) inicia uma ativação dos transponders passivos (3, 3a, 3b), desde que o vaso metalúrgico (2) esteja em uma faixa de detecção da estação de leitura (4). então, uma unidade de leitura (6) da estação de leitura (4) lê os transponders passivos ativados (3, 3a, 3b) e transmite o resultado a uma unidade de avaliação (7) da estação de leitura (4). a unidade de avaliação (7) determina quais e/ou quantos dos transponders passivos (3, 3a, 3b) estavam de fato ativados. de acordo com esta determinação, a unidade de avaliação (7) associa um estado de desgaste com todos os transponders passivos (3, 3a, 3b) do vaso metalúrgico (2) como um todo.
