Abstract

a presente invenção provê um processo aperfeiçoado para recuperar co a partir de um efluente de produto do processo de pirólise rápida catalítica (cfp). o processo compreende as etapas de: a) fornecer um primeiro fluxo de fase de vapor resultando de um processo de pirólise rápida catalítica que compreende, em uma base isenta de água e isenta de sólidos, de 25 a 80% de co e pelo menos 15% de co2, b) misturar o primeiro fluxo de fase de vapor da etapa a) com solvente específico para fazer um fluxo de fase misturada, c) separar o fluxo de fase misturada da etapa b) em um segundo fluxo de fase de vapor compreendendo co e um fluxo de fase líquida, e d) recuperar um fluxo de produto a partir do segundo fluxo de fase de vapor da etapa c) tendo uma concentração mais elevada de co e uma concentração mais baixa de co2 do que o primeiro fluxo de fase de vapor da etapa a).
