Abstract

um método para controlar a deposição de substâncias pegajosas em processos de polpação e fabricação de papel que compreende acrescentar à polpa de fibra ou matéria-prima um aditivo contendo siloxano modificado com organo com unidades da fórmula: [r1azbsio(4-a-b)/2]n, onde r1 é selecionado de átomo de hidrogênio, grupo alquila, arila, alquenila, aralquila, alcarila, alcóxi, alcanoilóxi, hidroxila, éster ou éter, e z é selecionado de grupo alquila substituído com amina, amida, carboxila, éster, ou epóxi, ou pelo menos um ou mais grupos -r2-(ocph2p)q(ocrh2r)s-r3; onde n é número inteiro maior que 1; a e b são 0, 1, 2 ou 3; r2 um grupo alquileno ou uma ligação direta; r3 é um grupo conforme r1 ou z; p e r são um número inteiro de 1 a 6; q e s são 0 ou número inteiro de modo que 1 = q + s = 400; e, onde cada molécula do siloxano modificado com organo contém pelo menos um grupo z. o siloxano modificado com organo é preferivelmente um polidimetilsiloxano linear terminalmente revestido com hidroxila ou alquila, onde 5 a 18 por cento em mol de átomos de silício são substituídos por grupos z da fórmula -r2-(ocph2p)q(ocrh2r)s-r3, sendo que p é 2, r é 3 e q e s são independentemente 10 a 20, r2 é grupo alquileno tendo 1 a 6 átomos de carbono ou ligação direta e r3 é átomo de hidrogênio ou grupo hidroxila, alcóxi, éster ou éter.
