montagem de dispensação de bebida para preparar e dispensar uma bebida, sendo que a montagem compreende: - uma fonte de líquido-base pressurizado que tem co2, n2 ou n2o dissolvidos no mesmo e que tem uma pressão de gás de pelo menos 50 kpa (0,5 bar) de sobrepressão a 2 °c; - uma unidade de bebida com uma trajetória de fluxo de líquidos que tem uma entrada de líquido em uma extremidade em comunicação fluida com o líquido-base na fonte de líquido-base por meio de uma válvula e uma saída de bebida em uma extremidade oposta; um meio de recebimento de recipiente de ingrediente que tem um recipiente de ingrediente instalado no mesmo de modo que, quando corretamente instalado, o conteúdo do recipiente de ingrediente esteja em comunicação fluida com a trajetória de fluxo de líquidos para misturar o conteúdo do recipiente de ingrediente com um líquido-base na trajetória de fluxo de líquidos; - uma unidade de regulação de pressão de gás que tem uma câmara de pressão fornecida na trajetória de fluxo de líquidos a jusante da comunicação fluida entre a trajetória de fluxo de líquidos e o conteúdo do recipiente de ingrediente; uma entrada de ingrediente gasoso em comunicação fluida com a câmara de pressão através de uma válvula.
