Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um processo de produção de butadieno, a partir de uma carga etanol, compreendendo pelo menos 80% em peso de etanol, compreendendo uma etapa de conversão do etanol em acetaldeído, uma etapa de extração do butadieno, uma etapa de lavagem com água dos subprodutos gasosos, uma etapa de eliminação das impurezas e dos óleos marrons, uma etapa de tratamento dos efluentes, uma etapa de primeira purificação do butadieno, uma etapa posterior de purificação do butadieno, essa carga etanol alimentando essa etapa de extração do butadieno, a disposição das etapas e das reciclagens permitindo maximizar as reciclagens e minimizar o consumo em água e em energia.
