Abstract
um dispositivo microfluídico é descrito tendo uma câmara encerrada contendo um filtro para purificar analitos biológicos ou químicos a partir de uma amostra biológica complexa, dita câmara alojando uma pluralidade de orifícios em adição ao dito filtro, como se segue: um primeiro orifício permitindo comunicação de gás da câmara com um gerador de vácuo, por um primeiro trajeto de fluxo; um segundo orifício permitindo comunicação de líquido da câmara com um ou mais reservatórios, por um segundo trajeto de fluxo; um terceiro orifício permitindo comunicação de gás e de líquido da câmara com ambos um ou mais recipientes receptores e um gerador de vácuo, por um terceiro trajeto de fluxo; e um filtro localizado entre o terceiro orifício e ambos o primeiro e segundo orifício, para que um fluido entrando na câmara através do primeiro e/ou segundo orifício e saindo da câmara através do terceiro orifício flui através do filtro. a invenção também se refere a um método usando o dispositivo microfluídico.
