trata-se de um artigo do tipo para vestir (20) que compreende um corpo principal (38) e um cós elástico circular (40) que compreende um cós anterior (84) e um cós posterior (86), a totalidade do comprimento da borda lateral do cós (89) do cós anterior (84) é unida a um certo comprimento da borda lateral do cós (89) do cós posterior (86) para definir um comprimento de junção ls, sendo que os cós anterior e posterior (84, 86) são, cada um, divididos em 4 zonas que se estendem na direção transversal e definidos por sua localização a partir da borda distal até a borda proximal em relação à porcentagem do comprimento de junção ls, em que; 0 a 25% é a zona da cintura (102), 25 a 50% é a zona distal da barriga (104), 50 a 85% é a zona proximal da barriga (106) e 85 a 100% é a zona de perna (108); sendo que a tensão de tração da zona da perna frontal (108) não é maior do que 50 % da tensão de tração da zona proximal frontal da barriga (106) e a tensão de tração da zona da perna posterior (108) não é maior que 100 % da tensão de tração da zona proximal posterior da barriga (106).
