本实用新型涉及一种卫生保健用品。
目前，人们使用的卫生巾裤性能单一，使用时仍需尿布、内裤、月经带等帮助固定，十分不便，且容易滑脱及渗漏而沾污内裤或被褥，更不能供性生活及运动时使用。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种供婴儿、尿失禁患者、妇女经期、性生活时均适用的一次性卫生巾裤。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：该卫生巾裤由主吸收层、副吸收层、固定构件（包括固定片、系带、连接件）、薄膜组成。主吸收层下为副吸收层，副吸收层下为薄膜，薄膜下为固定构件。供婴儿及尿失禁者使用时把副吸收层放在固定构件的下方。主吸收层为棉纸包裹高吸收性芯层制成的长方形膨松体；副吸收层为棉纸包裹高吸收性芯层制成的凸形膨松体；固定件为纱布或无纺布制成两头宽，中间窄的异形固定片，在固定片中段纵向缝上两根弹性带，在固定片两端分别缝上弹性系带和连接件；薄膜由橡膜或热塑性树脂制成。
本实用新型的优点：结构简单，主、副两个吸收层，吸收力强，避免渗漏物沾污内裤或被褥，同时省掉了尿布、内裤、月经带等制品。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进行描述。
供婴儿及卧床的尿失禁患者使用时，用系带（5）把卫生巾裤固定在使用者的腰部，以主吸收层（1）兜住阴部，把副吸收层（2）和薄膜（3）展开，平铺在床上。
供经期使用或用作一次性内裤时，为保持良好的通透性，可把薄膜（3）撕掉不用。
性生活使用时，以系带（5）把卫生巾裤固定在女性的腰部，把主吸收层（1）、副吸收层（2）、薄膜（3）、固定片（4）均平铺在床上，性生活后，把卫生巾裤兜住阴部，以吸收精液，防止沾污被褥。

  1. 一次性多功能为生巾裤由主吸收层、副吸收层、固定构件(固定片、系带、连接件)、薄膜等组成，其特征是棉纸包裹高吸收性芯层制成的长方形高吸收层在上，其下为棉纸包裹高吸收层制成的凸形副吸收层，副吸收层下为薄膜，薄膜下为纱布或无纺布制成两头宽、中间窄的异形固定片，其两端分别有弹性系带和连接片。
