um composto da seguinte fórmula , que possui boa atividade microbiana contra bactérias resistentes à eritromicina, tais como pneumococos, estreptococos, micoplasmas resistentes, e similares, contra as quais antibióticos macrolídeos convencionais não possuem atividade antibacteriana suficiente. além disso, é fornecido um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável do mesmo, ou um hidrato ou um solvato do mesmo.
