Abstract

Se refiere a un derivado macrolido de formula 1, un hidrato, un solvato o una sal farmaceuticamente aceptable del mismo. Tambien se refiere a una composicion farmaceutica. Dicho compuesto presenta una actividad antibacteriana superior contra bacterias resistentes a la eritromicina tales como neumococos resistentes, estreptococos, micoplasmas y similares, contra las cuales no se puede obtener una actividad antibacteriana suficiente con los antibioticos de macrolidos convencionales
