Abstract
a presente invenção se refere a um recipiente (1) apto para conter urina, para a determinação de analitos e/ou parâmetros químico-físicos e de sedimento urinário por meio de um analisador automático, o recipiente compreendendo: a) uma região de contenção (9) tendo uma abertura (3) com um elemento de fechamento estanque e perfurável (4); b) uma região de leitura (5) trazendo uma ou mais almofadas de reação (6) feitas integrais para uma parede interna do recipiente, cada almofada de reação (6) estando apta para absorver uma quantidade de urina pré-estabelecida e dar origem a uma reação colorimétrica específica para um analito respectivo, parâmetro e/ou referência; c) um septo de separação (10), impermeável e perfurável, posicionado entre a dita região de contenção (9) e a dita região de leitura (5). a presente invenção também se redere a um método de executar um teste com-pleto de urina em um analisador automático, incluindo exame físico-químico e se-dimento de urina, que compreende as etapas de: a) encher um recipiente (1), de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações precedentes, com uma amostra de urina, de um recipiente de coleta primário por sucção regulado a partir de vácuo pré-calibrado, em modo fechado do exterior; b) carregar o recipiente (1) no analisador automático; c) perfurar o elemento de fechamento (4) com uma agulha de amostra e misturação (20); d) misturar a amostra presente na região de contenção (9) e retirar uma quantidade predeterminada de urina a ser transferida para o analisador para a leitura automática de sedimento urinário; e) perfurar o septo (10) e retrair a agulha de amostra (20), de tal maneira que a urina flui na região de leitura (5) entrando em contato com as almofadas de reação (6); f) aguardar um tempo específicado para a geração de reações de cor; g) realizar uma leitura automática das reações colorimétricas usando um sensor integrado no analisador.
