Abstract

DISPOSITIVO E MÉTODO PARA DOSAR UM FLUXO DE PRODUTOS INDIVIDUAIS. De acordo com a invenção, um dispositivo e um método para a dosar um fluxo de produtos individuais é fornecido, o dito dispositivo e método que tem as seguintes características do aparelho e as etapas de método: pelo menos um dispositivo de transporte de entrada lateral para continuamente fornecer produtos individuais em um plano; pelo menos dois dispositivos de transporte de saída lateral para continuamente descarregar os produtos em um respectivo plano, em que os planos, que são respectivamente designados para o dispositivos de transporte de saída lateral são dispostos substancialmente de modo vertical um acima do outro; em que o dispositivo de transporte de entrada lateral transfere os produtos para um primeiro de pelo menos dois dispositivos de transporte durante um primeiro período de tempo, de forma contínua ou em lotes; em que o dispositivo de transporte de entrada lateral e / ou dispositivos de transporte de saída lateral são capazes de ser ajustados, em particular articulados, na sua posição, tal que o dispositivo de transporte de entrada lateral transfere os produtos para um outro dispositivo de transporte de pelo menos dois dois dispositivos de transporte de saída lateral durante um segundo período de tempo que se segue o primeiro período de tempo, de forma contínua ou em lotes; e em que o dispositivo de transporte de entrada lateral e o dispositivos de transporte de saída lateral, em especial nas correias transportadoras circulantes, em cada caso compreende meios de transporte, em particular sob a forma de extremidades de frente e / ou traseiras que são móveis na direção de transporte, que cooperam de modo que, durante a fase de ajuste da posição do dispositivo de transporte de entrada lateral e / ou do dispositivos de transporte de saída lateral, os produtos no dispositivo de transporte de entrada lateral podem ser fornecidos continuamente e substancialmente em espaçamentos uniformes um a partir do outro.
