Abstract
ARMADURA DE TOPO DE PNEUMÁTICO PARA VEÍCULO PESADO DE TIPO DE ENGENHARIA CIVIL. Pneumático radial, destinado a equipar um veículo pesado de tipo de engenharia civil, e visa dessensibilizar o topo de tal pneumático aos choques que sobrevêm essencialmente no centro da banda de rodagem; esse objetivo foi atingido por um pneumático (1) que compreende uma armadura de topo (3) radialmente interior a uma banda de rodagem (2) e radialmente exterior a uma armadura de carcaça (4), a armadura de topo (3) compreendendo, radialmente do exterior para o interior, uma armadura de proteção (5), uma armadura de trabalho (6) e uma armadura adicional (7); a armadura de proteção (5) compreende pelo menos uma camada de proteção (51, 52) que compreende reforços metálicos elásticos que formam, com a direção circunferencial, um ângulo pelo menos igual a 10º; a armadura de trabalho (6) compreende pelo menos duas camadas de trabalho (61, 62) que têm respectivamente uma largura axial (L61, L62) e que compreendem reforços metálicos não elásticos, cruzados de uma camada de trabalho para a seguinte e que formam, com a direção circunferencial, um ângulo no máximo igual a 60º; a armadura adicional (7), centrada axialmente em um plano equatorial do pneumático, compreende pelo menos uma camada adicional (71, 72) que tem uma largura axial (L71, L72) no máximo igual a 0,9 vezes a menor das larguras axiais (L61, L62) das pelo menos duas camadas de trabalho (61, 62) e que compreendem reforços metálicos que formam, com a direção circunferencial, um ângulo no máximo igual a 25º; de acordo com a invenção, pelo menos uma camada adicional (71, 72) compreende uma descontinuidade axial (81, 82), centrada axialmente no plano equatorial do pneumático, e a largura (D1, D2) da descontinuidade axial (81, 82) é pelo menos igual a 0,1 vez a largura axial (L71, L72) da pelo menos uma camada adicional (71, 72).
