Abstract

PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR POLIURETANOS. A presente invenção diz respeito a um processo para preparar poliuretanos ao se misturar a) poliisocianato, b) uma mistura obtenível ao se introduzir um sal d metal alcalino ou de metal alcalinoterroso em um composto compreendendo grupos uretano, c) compostos compreendendo um ou mais grupos epóxido e, opcionalmente, d) poliol, e) extensores de cadeia e f) agentes de enchimento e aditivos adicionais para formar uma mistura de reação e reagir completamente a mistura para fornecer o poliuretano, onde a quantia de íons de metal alcalino ou de metal alcalinoterroso por grupos uretano equivalentes no composto (b) é de 0,0001 a 3,5. A presente invenção diz respeito, adicionalmente, a um poliuretano obtenível por tal processo e ao uso de tal poliuretano para produzir componentes de carroceria para veículos.
