Abstract
resumo método de aplicação automatizada de decalque auxiliada por robô sobre superfícies tridimensionais complexas a presente invenção apresenta dois métodos automatizados auxiliados por robô para aplicação de decalques a superfícies tridimensionais complexas sem ru-gas e bolhas. o método inclui o carregamento de objetos que têm superfícies 3d em um acessório de retenção de objeto, manualmente a partir de uma esteira transpor-tadora, a coleta de um primeiro acessório de aplicação automaticamente por um ro-bô, o descolamento da película disposta no decalque manualmente e colocação do decalque no primeiro acessório de aplicação que segura o decalque por meio de sucção, posicionamento do decalque com o adesivo exposto precisamente sobre uma primeira superfície 3d do objeto e retirada da sucção, deixando automatica-mente o decalque colocado sobre a superfície 3d do objeto, colocação do primeiro acessório de aplicação de volta e coleta de um segundo acessório de aplicação au-tomaticamente pelo robô para aplicação do rodo, e aplicação do segundo acessório de aplicação para completar a aplicação do rodo ao fazer pressão sobre o decalque. o primeiro acessório de aplicação é configurado para ser programado para reter de-calques de diferentes formatos e tamanhos e o segundo acessório de aplicação é configurado para ser programado para identificar a direção 3d do movimento da al-mofada de pressão dentro de cada região de tais decalques para eliminar as bolhas sem enrugamento. o segundo método usa um mecanismo mecatrônico de coleta e colocação para coletar um decalque da pilha de decalques e colocação do decalque sobre a superfície 3d do objeto automaticamente.
