Abstract

resumo formulações líquidas transparentes e bebidas transparentes contendo as mesmas a presente invenção refere-se a uma formulação líquida transparente compreendendo: a) rodoxantina, e b) pelo menos um amido alimentar modificado e c) pelo menos um sacarídeo, e d) água, especialmente a uma formulação líquida transparente compreendendo a) 0,1 a 15 % em peso (preferivelmente 0,5 a 10,0 % em peso, mais preferivelmente 0,5 a 5,0 % em peso, mais preferivelmente 1,0 a 3,0 % em peso) de rodoxantina e b) 20 a 60 % em peso (preferivelmente 30 a 50 % em peso) de pelo menos um amido alimentar modificado, e c) 0,5 a 60 % em peso (preferivelmente 0,5 a 30 % em peso, mais preferivelmente 0,5 a 20 % em peso, mais preferivelmente 1,0 a 10 % em peso) de pelo menos um sacarídeo e d) 35 a 75 % em peso (preferivelmente 45 a 65 % em peso) de água, todas as quantidades com base no peso total da formulação líquida, pelo que todas as quantidades somam até 100 % em peso. a presente invenção se refere ainda a um processo para a fabricação de tais formulações líquidas, assim como a bebidas contendo as mesmas. estas bebidas também são transparentes e estáveis na cor.
