resumo sistema para tratamento ultrassônico de acidente vascular cerebral são apresentados sistemas de sonotrombólise ultrassônica para produzir dois níveis de pressão acústica de insonação durante terapia para acidente vascular cerebral, sendo que insonação com média/alta pressão acústica é dirigida ao sítio do coágulo sanguíneo, onde microbolhas estão presentes para induzir lise de coágulo sanguíneo mediada por microbolhas, e insonação com baixa pressão acústica é dirigida à região circundante ao sítio do coágulo sanguíneo, onde microbolhas estão presentes para estimular a reperfusão microvascular do tecido circundante. o sistema simultaneamente produz lise de coágulo sanguíneo no sítio de uma oclusão e estimula reperfusão do tecido afetado pela oclusão. 1/1
