Claims (14)
- アレイトランスデューサと、
前記アレイトランスデューサに結合され、当該アレイトランスデューサによる超音波送信を制御する送信コントローラと、を含む超音波発作治療システムであって、
前記超音波発作治療システムは、前記アレイトランスデューサを含む同側アレイトランスデューサプローブを含み、前記アレイトランスデューサは、中/高音圧レベルの超音波照射を発生させ、前記同側アレイトランスデューサプローブは、患者の頭部の片側から閉塞位置に治療ビームを向けるように前記アレイトランスデューサを配置し、前記超音波発作治療システムは、さらに、低音圧レベルの超音波照射を発生させる第2のアレイトランスデューサを含む対側トランスデューサプローブを含み、前記対側トランスデューサプローブは、前記患者の頭部の反対側から反対方向の音響放射力を向けるように前記第2のアレイトランスデューサを配置することを特徴とする、超音波発作治療システム。 - 前記送信コントローラは、異なる位置に位置される順次のパルスに従って、低音圧レベルの超音波を前記閉塞位置の周辺領域の周囲に進める、請求項1に記載の超音波発作治療システム。
- 前記送信コントローラは、中/高音圧レベル又は低音圧レベルの超音波照射を同時に又は時間インターリーブシーケンスで発生させる、請求項1に記載の超音波発作治療システム。
- 前記送信コントローラは、前記閉塞位置の周辺組織の全領域にわたって低音圧レベルの超音波照射を発生させる、請求項3に記載の超音波発作治療システム。
- 前記送信コントローラは、前記閉塞位置の周辺組織にわたって異なる方向に低音圧ビームを順次送信することによって低音圧レベルの超音波照射を発生させる、請求項3に記載の超音波発作治療システム。
- 前記送信コントローラは、前記閉塞位置の近傍の異なる方向に中/高音圧ビームを順次送信することによって中/高音圧の超音波照射を発生させる、請求項5に記載の超音波発作治療システム。
- 前記送信コントローラは、治療領域における血管音響共振子(VAR)の補給を可能にするために、第3の期間中、中/高及び低音圧治療の超音波照射を中断する、請求項1に記載の超音波発作治療システム。
- 前記送信コントローラは、前記第3の期間中に診断イメージングを実行する、
請求項7に記載の超音波発作治療システム。 - 前記送信コントローラは、1MHzの周波数で動作して、生体内で140kPaより高い中/高圧力の超音波照射を発生させ、生体内で140kPa以下の低レベル圧力の超音波照射を発生させる、請求項1に記載の超音波発作治療システム。
- 前記VARは、ガス充填マイクロベシクルを含む、請求項7に記載の超音波発作治療システム。
- 前記送信コントローラは、5〜50ミリ秒間のパルス幅にわたって中/高音圧レベルの超音波を向けさせる、請求項1に記載の超音波発作治療システム。
- 前記送信コントローラは、前記中/高音圧レベルの超音波が向けられる前記閉塞位置の周囲の領域の円形又は非円形の超音波照射パターン内の前記閉塞位置の周辺領域の周囲に、前記低音圧レベルの超音波を進める、請求項1に記載の超音波発作治療システム。
- 前記送信コントローラは、異なる位置に位置される順次のパルスに従って、前記中/高音圧レベルの超音波を前記閉塞位置に進める、請求項1に記載の超音波発作治療システム。
- 前記送信コントローラは、前記中/高音圧レベル及び前記低音圧レベルの超音波の焦点合わせされたパルスを向けさせ、前記焦点合わせされたパルスは直径5−10mmを持つ、請求項1に記載の超音波発作治療システム。
