Claims (19)

前記アレイトランスデューサによる超音波送信を制御する送信コントローラであって、第1の治療期間中、中/高音圧の超音波を閉塞位置に向け、第2の再潅流促進期間中、低音圧レベルの超音波を前記閉塞位置の周辺領域に向ける送信コントローラとを含み、
血管音響共振子(VAR)の存在下で、前記中/高音圧レベルの超音波照射は血栓溶解を促し、前記低音圧レベルの超音波照射は前記閉塞位置の周辺組織の微小血管再潅流を促す、超音波発作治療システム。 - 前記送信コントローラは、低音圧レベルの超音波を前記閉塞位置の前記周辺領域の周囲に進める、請求項1に記載の超音波発作治療システム。
- 前記送信コントローラは、中/高音圧レベル又は低音圧レベルの超音波照射を時間インターリーブシーケンスで発生させる、請求項1に記載の超音波発作治療システム。
- 前記送信コントローラは、前記閉塞位置の前記周辺組織のフラッドライト超音波照射によって低音圧レベルの超音波照射を発生させる、請求項3に記載の超音波発作治療システム。
- 前記送信コントローラは、前記閉塞位置の前記周辺組織にわたって異なる方向に低音圧ビームを順次送信することによって低音圧レベルの超音波照射を発生させる、請求項3に記載の超音波発作治療システム。
- 前記送信コントローラは、前記閉塞位置の近傍の異なる方向に中/高音圧ビームを順次送信することによって中/高音圧の超音波照射を発生させる、請求項5に記載の超音波発作治療システム。
- 前記送信コントローラは、治療領域におけるVAR補給を可能にするために、第3の期間中、中/高及び低音圧治療の超音波照射を中断する、請求項1に記載の超音波発作治療システム。
- 前記送信コントローラは、前記第3の期間中に診断イメージングを実行し、
前記診断イメージングのための超音波照射のレベルは、前記低音圧超音波照射のレベルを超えない、請求項7に記載の超音波発作治療システム。 - 前記送信コントローラは、1MHzの周波数で動作して、生体内で少なくとも140kPaの中/高圧力の超音波照射を発生させ、生体内で140kPa以下の低レベル圧力の超音波照射を発生させる、請求項1に記載の超音波発作治療システム。
- 血管閉塞位置において血栓溶解及び血管再疎通を促進するとともに、前記閉塞の周辺領域内の微小血管再潅流を促進することによって虚血性発作を治療する方法であって、
血管音響共振子(VAR)を含む組成物を投与するステップと、
第1の治療期間中、血栓溶解を促すために、VARが存在する閉塞位置に中/高音圧の超音波を向けるようアレイトランスデューサを制御するステップと、
第2の再潅流促進期間中、微小血管再潅流を促すために、前記閉塞位置の周辺領域に低音圧の超音波を向けるようアレイトランスデューサを制御するステップとを含み、
前記第1の治療期間中に送信されるピーク音圧は、前記第2の再潅流促進期間中に送信されるピーク音圧より高い、方法。 - 前記中/高音圧及び低音圧は時間インターリーブシーケンスで供給される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記低音圧は、前記閉塞位置の前記周辺領域の周囲の異なる操舵をされた超音波ビームを順次進むことによって生成される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記低音圧は、前記閉塞位置の前記周辺領域をフラッドライト超音波照射することによって生成される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 閉塞位置に中/高音圧超音波を向けるよう二次元アレイトランスデューサを制御するステップは、さらに、少なくとも140kPaの超音波圧力レベルを発生させるステップを含み、
前記閉塞位置の周辺領域に低音圧超音波を向けるよう前記アレイトランスデューサを制御するステップは、さらに、140kPa以下の超音波圧力レベルを発生させるステップを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。 - 血管音響共振子補給期間中、中/高音圧超音波の発生を中断するよう前記アレイトランスデューサを制御するステップをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 超音波血栓溶解治療期間の間の間隔中、前記閉塞位置の診断イメージングを実行するステップをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 中/高音圧レベルの超音波又は低音圧レベルの超音波による超音波照射を選択的に発生させるアレイトランスデューサと、
前記アレイトランスデューサによる超音波送信を制御する送信コントローラであって、第1の治療期間中、中/高音圧超音波を閉塞位置に向け、第2の再潅流促進期間中、低音圧レベルの超音波を前記閉塞位置の周辺領域に向ける送信コントローラと、
血管音響共振子とを含み、
前記第1の治療期間中に送信されるピーク音圧は、前記第2の再潅流促進期間中に送信されるピーク音圧より高く、
血管音響共振子(VAR)の存在下で、前記中/高音圧レベルの超音波照射は血栓溶解を促し、前記低音圧レベルの超音波照射は前記閉塞位置の周辺組織の微小血管再潅流を促す、超音波発作治療システム。 - 前記VARは、ガス充填マイクロベシクルである、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムは、前記アレイトランスデューサを含む同側アレイトランスデューサプローブを含み、前記アレイトランスデューサは、中/高圧レベルの超音波照射を発生させ、前記同側アレイトランスデューサは、患者の頭部の片側から閉塞位置に治療ビームを向け、前記システムは、さらに、低圧レベルの超音波照射を発生させるアレイトランスデューサを含む対側トランスデューサプローブを含み、前記対側トランスデューサは、前記患者の頭部の反対側から反対方向の音響放射力を向ける、請求項17に記載のシステム。
