Abstract
um aparelho e método para fixar metais diferentes como aço e alumínio utilizam uma máquina de soldagem por pontos. os metais são empilhados com um corpo de alumínio capturado entre aços. o calor da corrente elétrica da máquina de soldar amolece o alumínio em ponto de fusão mais baixo permitindo que uma endentação da camada de aço penetre no alumínio e solde em uma camada de aço oposta. o processo pode ser usado para unir pilhas com várias camadas de materiais diferentes e unir formas estruturais diferentes.
