Abstract
resumo o presente invento fornece um método cromatográfico de separação e purificação da lactoferrina humana recombinante (rlf) a partir das sementes de arroz transgênico, constituído das seguintes etapas: (1) uso dos sementes de arroz transgênico com lactoferrina humana recombinante como matéria-prima, com a utilização de um tampão de extração para preparação de um extrato bruto de rlf; e (2) separação e purificação do extrato bruto de rlf por cromatografia de troca catiônica, para se obter uma amostra de rlf purificada como objeto de estudo. o método cromatográfico consiste também em uma etapa para a resina regenerada.
