Abstract

PROMOTORES DE FEIJÃO-SOJA CONSTITUTIVOS. A presente invenção fornece composições e método para regular a expressão de sequências nucleotídicas heterólogos em uma planta. As composições incluem duas sequências nucleotídicas promotores inovadoras para os genes que codificam proteína gama intrínseca de tonoplasto e proteína intrínseca de membrana plasmática em feijão-soja, assim como vetores, micro-organismos, plantas e células vegetais que compreende as sequências nucleotídicas promotores, ou variantes e fragmentos das mesmas. Os métodos para expressar uma sequência nucleotídica heteróloga em uma planta com o uso das sequências de promotores reveladas no presente documento também são fornecidos. Os métodos compreendem incorporar estavelmente no genoma de uma célula vegetal uma sequência nucleotídica ligada de maneira funcional ao promotor da presente invenção e regenerar uma planta transformada estavelmente que expressa a sequência nucleotídica.
