resumo patente de invenção: "sistema, dispositivos e métodos para reconstrução anatomicamente correta de ligamentos". a presente invenção refere-se a um método, um sistema e dispositivos para a reconstrução de ligamentos em formato de fita que acompanha os locais de inserção anatomicamente originais dos ligamentos nos ossos correspondentes. a reconstrução do ligamento cruzado anterior do joelho humano é ilustrada. o sistema inclui meios para posicionar e criar túneis ósseos, a preparação de enxertos e a fixação dos mesmos. os dispositivos destinados à criação do túnel ósseo consideram a natureza do formato de fita do ligamento e podem ser ajustados à anatomia específica do paciente, e considerando as várias tipologias dos locais de inserção do ligamento. o método e os dispositivos para a preparação de enxerto são construídos de modo a refletir a anatomia de ligamentos considerando o mais próximo possível dos ligamentos originais por meio da imitação da natureza do tipo fita dos ligamentos originais. os métodos de fixação apresentados seguem esse princípio e são destinados a suportar a natureza do tipo fita dos enxertos e são destinados a suportar o incorporamento dos enxertos. além disso, acessórios que suportam a preparação dos enxertos são apresentados.
