Abstract
resumo patente de invenção: "carro cantiléver para instalação e remoção de um bloco de rotor". a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de levantamento e ao correspondente processo, que possibilitam uma desmontagem simplificada de um bloco de rotor (2) do alojamento (14) de um turbocarregador de gás de descarga em direção axial ao longo do eixo de rotação do rotor. o dispositivo de levantamento compreende um cantiléver (5), que está fixado a um batente vertical, portanto a um lado frontal axial do alojamento (14), e sobre o qual está disposta uma superestrutura (6) deslocável ao longo do cantiléver, que está igualmente fixada a um batente vertical, portanto um lado frontal axial do bloco de rotor (2). o cantiléver (5) compreende um quadro de suporte (51) com trilhos (52) sobre ele dispostos bem como um carro (53) guiado sobre os trilhos com dispositivos de alojamento (531, 532) para fixação da superestrutura.
