Abstract
1/1 resumo método de fabricação de uma estrutura alveolar curvada feita de material compósito trata-se de um método de fabricação de uma estrutura alveolar curvada que compreende as seguintes etapas: -realização de uma estrutura fibrosa expansível (100) por tecelagem em multicamadas entre uma pluralidade de camadas de fios em cadeia e uma pluralidade de camadas de fios de trama, sendo que a estrutura fibrosa inclui zonas de não interligação que se estendem na espessura da estrutura fibrosa, sendo que as zonas de não interligação são espaçadas umas das outras por porções de ligação entre muitas camadas de fios de trama, sendo que as porções de ligação são desalinhadas por um ou mais fios de trama em uma direção paralela a das camadas de fios de trama entre cada série de planos de revestimento, impregnação da estrutura fibrosa (100) com uma resina precursora de um material determinado, -desenrolamento da estrutura fibrosa (100) em uma ferramenta de retenção (50) de modo a formar na estrutura fibrosa uma célula ou alvéolo no nível de cada zona de não interligação, sendo que a ferramenta apresenta adicionalmente uma forma curvada correspondente à forma da estrutura alveolar a ser fabricada, polimerização da resina da estrutura fibrosa de modo a formar uma estrutura alveolar curvada que compreende uma pluralidade de células ou alvéolos.
