resumo patente de invenção: "método para o rastreamento completo de um conjunto de amostras biológicas contendo dna ou rna através da identificação do código de barras molecular durante o fluxo de trabalho de laboratório e kit para coleta de amostras biológicas de dna ou rna". a presente invenção refere-se a um método para o rastreamento completo de um conjunto de amostras biológicas que contêm dna ou rna, através do uso de identificação de código de barras molecular durante o curso de fluxo de trabalho de laboratório, em que a amostra é colocada em contato com os códigos de barras moleculares e iniciadores universais imediatamente após a sua coleta e a amplificação de regiões alvo ocorre concomitantemente com a inserção de código de barras, em uma ou ambas as extremidades da referida região alvo, na mesma temperatura de recozimento através de uma pcr de uma etapa. finalmente, a invenção também descreve kits para a coleta de amostras biológicas que contêm dna ou rna.
