Abstract
resumo sistema catalítico multicomponentes, seu processo de preparação e processo de polimerização do isopreno que o utiliza a presente invenção se refere a um novo sistema catalítico pré-formado multicomponentes à base pelo menos: de isopreno, de um sal metálico de terra-rara de um ácido fosfórico orgânico ou de um ácido carboxílico; de um solvente hidrocarbonado inerte saturado ou insaturado cuja a temperatura de ebulição é inferior a 40ºc em pressão atmosférica; de um agente de alquilação constituído por um trialquilalumínio específico; e de um doador de halogênio constituído por um halogeneto de alquilalumínio; esse sistema catalítico compreendendo o metal terra-rara de acordo com uma concentração igual ou superior a 0,005 mol/l. a utilização de um tal sistema catalítico permite notadamente polimerizar com uma boa atividade catalítica, isopreno, em solução em um solvente hidrocarbonado volátil ao mesmo tempo em que se beneficia da vantagem econômica ligada a um processo em solvente volátil, também objeto da invenção. os elastômeros diênicos obtidos apresentam uma taxa elevada de cadeias 1,4-cis. 1/1
