Abstract
1/1 resumo método para produzir um eixo de cames para um motor de combustão interna é descrito aqui um método para obter-se um eixo de cames para um motor de combustão interna tendo uma estrutura feita de uma única parte. o eixo de cames é obtido partindo-se de um elemento tubular metálico (1). os cames (1a) do eixo de cames são obtidos expandindo-se o elemento tubular (1) dentro de uma matriz (s1, s2) empregando-se fluido de alta pressão. o elemento tubular (1) pode ter uma espessura ampliada nas partes (1a) que são para formar os cames. a formação com fluido de alta pressão pode ser obtida usando-se gás ou líquido (por exemplo, água ou óleo) em alta pressão, em temperatura ambiente ou em uma temperatura mais elevada. a parte obtida é submetida a tratamento térmico e a uma operação de moagem. no caso de formação quente, a parte pode já ser cementada em seguida à operação de formação empregando-se fluido de alta pressão. pode ser considerado que a matriz de formação compreenda meios de aquecimento localizados para obter-se cementação das partes da peça que são para constituir os cames em seguida à operação de formação.
