resumo patente de invenção: “roda de engrenagem grande de transmissão e processo para produzir uma roda de engrenagem grande de transmissão”. a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produzir uma roda de engrenagem grande de transmissão (1; 31; 36) que consiste em uma pluralidade de componentes individuais, sendo que o dito processo compreende as etapas sucessivas para: fornecer os componentes individuais, que incluem pelo menos um cubo de roda (2; 32; 37), uma roda de disco (3, 4; 18, 19; 22; 24; 27; 33, 34; 38, 39) e um anel dentado (5; 20; 21; 23; 26; 35; 40) produzido a partir de aço de carcaça endurecida; efetivar usinagem mecânica de maneira pelo menos parcialmente mecânica nos componentes individuais; juntar os componentes individuais com o uso de um processo de soldagem por feixe; endurecer a carcaça dos componentes individuais que foram juntados uns aos outros e efetivar a usinagem dura pelo menos no anel dentado (5; 20; 21; 23; 26; 35; 40). a invenção se refere adicionalmente a uma roda de engrenagem grande de transmissão produzida por tal processo.
