resumo patente de invenção: "fabricação de fertilizantes de liberação controlada revestidos com polímero". a presente invenção refere-se a um sistema e método para a produção de fertilizantes revestidos com polímero, com uma liberação controlada, em uma única passagem. sistema, tem um mecanismo de alimentação ligado a um primeiro rolo de arrefecimento para fornecer os artigos às primeiras cavidades providas no primeiro rolo para armazenar e manter os artigos. uma primeira máquina produz e aplica uma primeira película de polímero sobre os artigos mantidos no primeiro rolo de arrefecimento para revestir parcialmente os artigos com a primeira película de polímero. os artigos parcialmente revestidos são transferidos para um segundo rolo de arrefecimento colocado ao lado ou sobre uma parte superior do primeiro rolo de arrefecimento. uma segunda máquina produz e aplica a segunda película de polímero sobre os artigos parcialmente revestidos no segundo rolo de arrefecimento, de modo que os artigos são encapsulados pela primeira e segunda películas de polímero. um mecanismo de recolha recebe os artigos encapsulados a partir do segundo rolo de arrefecimento.
