resumo patente de invenção: "método para fabricação de pelo menos um elemento e um dispositivo de regulagem e/ou controle". a presente invenção refere-se a um método para a fabricação de pelo menos um elemento (2), em particular metálico, de preferência um cabeçote cilíndrico, um corpo com bocal para uma bomba de injeção de alta pressão, um componente de motor de injeção a diesel ou um disco de aceleração, em que está prevista uma carbonitretação de baixa pressão em pelo menos uma câmara de tratamento (4), de preferência evacuável, e um dispositivo de regulagem e/ou controle (11), que possibilitam o ajuste de uma proporção definida de uma concentração de carbono e/ou nitrogênio em uma camada limítrofe em, pelo menos, um elemento (2). em pelo menos uma fase de tratamento, são introduzidos simultaneamente na câmara de tratamento (4) um gás emissor de carbono e um gás emissor de nitrogênio (8). dependendo da proporção definida entre uma concentração de carbono e/ou nitrogênio a ser absorvida pela camada limítrofe por pelo menos um elemento (2), um valor desejado a ser definido e ajustado na câmara de tratamento para a temperatura e/ou para a pressão e para um tempo definido regulado na câmara de tratamento.
