Abstract
resumo patente de invenção: "pigmentos compostos, que contêm dióxido de titânio e contêm carbonato, e processos para produção dos mesmos". a presente invenção refere-se à produção de partículas de pigmento composto que contêm pigmento e seu uso para aperfeiçoamento da eficiência de dispersão de luz do pigmento em revestimentos, plásticos e laminado. as partículas de pigmento composto contêm partículas de pigmento de dióxido de titânio e pelo menos um material de enchimento inorgânico e/ou orgânico como um espaçador, e carbonato de cálcio, que é precipitado no processo. o material de enchimento está selecionado, de preferência, do grupo que consiste em carbonatos de ca, ca-mg e mg, dióxido de silício natural e sintético, e óxidos. as partículas compostas são produzidas em um processo combinado de precipitação e dispersão. o uso das partículas de pigmento composto, de material de enchimento e pigmento de dispositivo de suporte transversal, possibilita, de acordo com a combinação selecionada, economias de pigmento, sem ou apenas uma perda pequena das propriedades ópticas. alternativamente, a um mesmo teor de pigmento, também podem ser obtidos valores melhores, por exemplo, na possibilidade de clareamento. particularmente, com as partículas, com as partículas de pigmento composto pode ser substituída uma parte ou todo o teor de tio2 no sistema de usuário.
