resumo novo derivado de beta-alanina, seus sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, e composições farmacêuticas compreendendo o mesmo como ingrediente ativo a presente invenção refere-se a um derivado da beta-alanina, sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, e uma composição farmacêutica incluindo o mesmo como um ingrediente ativo. os derivados e sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis dos novos beta-alanina de acordo com a presente invenção pode eficazmente inibir a atividade de dgat1, que é uma enzima que serve como um catalisador, na etapa final da síntese de lípidos neutros, para desse modo ser eficazmente utilizado como uma composição farmacêutica para a prevenção ou tratamento de vários distúrbios relacionados com o metabolismo de lípidos selecionados a partir do grupo consistindo de obesidade, dislipidemia, fígado gordo, síndroma de resistência à insulina, e hepatite.
