MÉTODO PARA AUMENTAR A PRODUTIVIDADE EM PLANTAS SOB CONDIÇÕES LIMITADORAS DE NITROGÊNIO, MÉTODO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE UMA PLANTA TRANSIGÊNCIA, MOLÉCULA DE ACIDO NUCLEICO ISOLADA, CASSETE DE EXPRESSÃO, VETOR, MÉTODO PARA GERAR MUTANTES DE TLS1. A presente invenção refere-se a plantas macho-estéreis genéticas nas quais construtos complementares causam supressão de um fenótipo parental na progênie. Métodos para gerar e manter estas plantas e métodos para o uso das ditas plantas são fornecidos, inclusive o uso de plantas parentais para produzir plantas estéreis para produção de semente híbrida, bem como, um método para produção de tais plantas.
