Abstract
sistema de proteção de mancal. a presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de mancal de apoio de articulação de velocidade constante que tem uma montagem de mancal que apoia um primeiro eixo conectado a um membro da articulação de velocidade constante. uma primeira vedação em labirinto em um lado axial da montagem de mancal é formada por um ombro que é unitário com o membro externo da articulação de velocidade constante e por uma projeção radialmente para dentro em um bráquete de apoio do mancal que segura no lugar a pista externa da montagem de mancal. uma segunda vedação em labirinto é formada entre uma seção cilíndrica do bráquete de apoio do mancal e um membro anelar que retêm axialmente o mancal no primeiro eixo. tanto o bráquete de apoio do mancal como o membro anelar são formados de metal de lâmina estampada. o ombro e o membro anelar têm o formato para promover um lançamento centrífugo de contaminantes para longe da montagem de mancal.
