Abstract
INSTRUMENTO ELETRO CIRÚRGICO COMPREENDENDO MUTUALMENTE PERNAS DE INSTRUMENTO MÓVEIS E ELETRODO PARA UM INSTRUMENTO ELETRO CIRÚRGICO. A divulgação se refere a um Instrumento eletro cirúrgico (2) compreendendo mutualmente pernas de instrumento móveis (4, 6) cada uma compreendendo uma ou more faces de eletrodo (20) entre as quais tecido pode ser preso e tratado de maneira eletrotérmica. O movimento das pernas de instrumento (4, 6) relativo um ao outro pode ser delimitado por pelo menos dois espaçadores (22, 23, 24) os quais são espaçados uns dos outros na extensão longitudinal das pernas de instrumento (4, 6) e agem nas pernas de instrumento (4, 6). De acordo com a invenção, pelo menos uma porção de face de eletrodo sujeita a deflexão em uma posição fechada das pernas de instrumento (4, 6) é formada para ser em formato de arco, em particular côncava, a curvatura sendo contrária à direção de flexão a ser esperada.
