Abstract

SISTEMA E MÉTODO DE CITOMETRIA DE FLUXO PARA A OBSERVAÇÃO, ANÁLISE E / OU SEPARAÇÃO DE OBJETOS NUMA AMOSTRA LÍQUIDA. A presente invenção diz respeito a um sistema de citometria de fluxo e um método para a observação, análise e / ou separação de objetos numa amostra líquida, compreendendo um microscópio holográfico digital (DHM) e, pelo menos, um sistema de fluidos, pelo que o DHM compreende meios de iluminação, um sistema de interferometria e meios de gravação digital, pelo que o sistema de fluidos é capaz de guiar os referidos objetos através de um feixe de iluminação dos meios de iluminação do referido DHM, pelo que o sistema de fluidos compreende um mecanismo para a indução de um fluxo de amostra de líquido através do sistema de fluidos, em que de preferência o sistema de fluidos compreende um dispositivo de controle de volume de fluxo, de preferência o dispositivo de controle de volume de fluxo sendo capaz de alinhar de alinhar os objetos, um a um ou vários objetos um de cada vez no fluxo de amostra de líquido.
