Abstract
proteína, molécula de dna, células eucarióticas e de levedura geneticamente modificada, usos de proteína, de molécula de dna e de células eucarióticas e processos de produção de etanol e de geração de produto de fermentação a presente invenção fornece uma célula eucariótica microbiana capaz de utilizar açúcares c5, particularmente xilose. outro objetivo da presente invenção é o fornecimento de uma sequência de proteínas aprimorada para permitir que as células eucarióticas degradem açúcares c5. a presente invenção fornece, portanto, proteínas que compreendem uma sequência de aminoácidos que possui identidade de pelo menos 75%, preferencialmente identidade de 80%, de maior preferência identidade de 90% e, de preferência superior, identidade de 95% com seq id n° 2 ou seq id n° 8 e possui atividade de isomerase de xilose em células eucarióticas.
