Abstract
ENTIDADE DE GERENCIAMENTO DE MOBILIDADE, APARELHO DE COMUNICAÇÕES E GATEWAY DE REDE DE DADOS POR PACOTES. As formas de realização da presente invenção descrevem dispositivos, métodos, meios legíveis por computador e configurações de sistemas para lidar com o congestionamento do plano do usuário em uma rede de comunicações sem fio. Um gateway de rede de dados por pacotes (PGW) e/ou um gateway servidor (SGW) pode transmitir, de forma proativa, uma notificação de congestionamento para uma entidade de gerenciamento de mobilidade (MME), incluindo um nível de congestionamento do PGW e/ ou SGW. A MME pode receber uma solicitação de conexão de uma rede de dados por pacotes (PDN) de um equipamento de usuário (UE) e pode adotar uma ação em resposta à solicitação com base nos níveis relatados de congestionamento. A ação pode incluir a seleção de um PGW e/ou SGW para a conexão PDN, notificando o UE que a conexão PDN não pode ser estabelecida e/ou negociando com o LIE para cancelar ou modificar uma ou mais conexões PDN existentes em vez de estabelecer a nova conexão PDN.
