Abstract
MÉTODO E APARELHO PARA FRESAR UMA FAIXA DE LINHA FÉRREA. Um sistema de fresagem para fresar uma superfície de faixa com pelo menos uma placa de fresagem rotativa. Um sistema de lâmina modular para cada placa de fresagem permite lâminas individuais serem removidas e substituídas quando uma lâmina individual torna-se endurecida ou quebrada. O sistema de lâmina também permite as placas de fresagem serem orientadas em tanto configuração Tipo 2 e Tipo 3 dependendo dos circundantes de faixa e a presença de estorvos. As placas de fresagem podem ser montadas em um conjunto de posicionamento para ajustar a distância relativa entre a placa de fresagem e a superfície de faixa bem como o ângulo em que a placa de fresagem engata a superfície de faixa. O sistema de fresagem pode incluir um guia de profundidade de modo a impedir fisicamente a placa de fresagem de cortar muito profundamente na superfície de faixa.
