resumo lata contendo um líquido e compreendendo uma extremidade de topo a presente invenção diz respeito a uma lata para conter um líquido e compreendendo uma extremidade de topo, a referida extremidade de topo compreendendo: (a) uma área de distribuição (3a) definida na referida extremidade de topo por uma primeira linha pontilhada (31a); (b) uma patilha de puxar (2) acoplada à extremidade de topo por um rebite (4), a referida patilha de puxar (2) compreendendo uma extremidade perfuradora (21) adequada para quebrar a primeira linha pontilhada (31a) e empurrar para dentro do interior da lata sem destacar a área de distribuição (3a) para abrir uma abertura de distribuição (13a) ao levantar uma extremidade atuadora oposta (22) da referida patilha de puxar para fora da extremidade de topo; (c) uma área de respiração (3b) definida na referida extremidade de topo por uma segunda linha pontilhada (31b) separada da primeira linha pontilhada (31a) e posicionada no lado oposto do rebite como a primeira área de distribuição (3a); caracterizada pelo fato de a primeira e segunda linhas pontilhadas (31a, 31b) estarem separadas uma da outra por pelo menos uma tira de torção (5) do material do topo da lata adequado para funcionar como uma articulação por torção ao levantar a extremidade atuadora (22) da patilha de puxar (2) do topo da lata, de forma a que a abertura de distribuição (13a) ao ser aberta pelo empurrar da área de distribuição (3a) para o interior da lata, uma abertura de respiração (13b) seja aberta ao puxar a área de respiração (3b) para fora da extremidade do topo da lata.
