Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una lata para contener un líquido y que comprende un extremo superior, comprendiendo dicho extremo superior: (a) un área de dispensación (3A) definida en dicho extremo superior por una primera línea de corte (31A), (b) una lengüeta de tracción (2) acoplada al extremo superior mediante un remache (4), comprendiendo dicha lengüeta de tracción (2) un extremo de perforación (21) adecuado para romper la primera línea de corte (31A) y empujar hacia el interior de la lata sin separar el área de dispensación (3A) para abrir la abertura de dispensación (13A) al inclinar un extremo de accionamiento opuesto (22) de dicha lengüeta de tracción alejándolo del extremo superior, (c) un área de ventilación (3B) definida en dicho extremo superior de una segunda línea de corte (31B) separada de la primera línea de corte (31A) y colocada en el lado opuesto del remache como la primera área de dispensación (3A), caracterizada porque la primera y segunda líneas de corte (31A, 31B) están separadas entre sí mediante al menos una banda de torsión (5) del material de la parte superior de la lata adecuado para actuar como una articulación por torsión al elevar el extremo de accionamiento (22) de la lengüeta de tracción (2) alejándolo de la parte superior de la lata, de manera que la abertura de dispensación (13A) se abre empujando el área de dispensación (3A) hacia el interior de la lata, abriéndose la abertura de ventilación (13B) estirando el área de ventilación (3B) hacia el exterior del extremo superior de la lata.
