Abstract
resumo centro de mecanização de cnc compacto, e, estação de trabalho é descrito um centro de mecanização de cnc compacto equipado com lâminas de corte a quente e ferramentas de corte e fresagem para a mecanização de materiais de espuma e/ou extrudidos ou outros materiais em geral, que compreende pelo menos uma primeira estação (1) que compreende: pelo menos uma torre (1) adaptada para conter pelo menos um bloco (a) de poliestireno expandido, eps, para processamento; pelo menos uma armação (5) adaptada para transportar pelo menos um molde de corte a quente (6), fixo ou móvel, dependendo da espessura do painel que deve ser realizado a partir do dito bloco (a); pelo menos duas corrediças (14) para a fresagem realizada por uma ferramenta (15) montada em pelo menos um mandril elétrico (16) para cada corrediça (14), sendo a ferramenta de fresagem (15) adaptada para se mover em interpolação de acordo com as direções vertical e horizontal, de modo a realizar uma fresagem inclinada e/ou de acordo com um perfil curvilíneo, e pelo menos uma armação (20) que transporta os fios (21) completos com os isoladores (22) e os dispositivos (23) para a fixação e o tensionamento dos fios (21), sendo os ditos fios (21) adaptados para se mover em interpolação ede acordo com as direções vertical e horizontal, de modo a realizar um corte inclinado e/ou de acordo com um perfil curvilíneo. 1/1
