resumo patente de invenção: "processo de produção de substrato lignocelulósico liquefeito otimizado". a presente invenção refere-se a uma produção de substrato lignocelulósico liquefeito por reação enzimática, no qual se colocam em contato, sob agitação, 10 a 40% em peso de matéria seca de substrato lignocelulósico pré-tratado com água e com enzimas a uma concentração compreendida entre 0,1 e 60 mg de enzimas por gramas de celulose por uma duração compreendida entre 1 e 24 horas, esse processo sendo caracterizado pelo fato de se medir, no decorrer do tempo, pelo menos o valor de uma das características reológicas do meio reacional e pelo fato de, caso se detecte uma diminuição no decorrer do tempo desse valor, se efetuar uma etapa a) a seguinte: a) se aumenta a vazão de alimentação com substrato lignocelulósico pré-tratado, com ou sem modificação da vazão de enzimas e/ou de água; e pelo fato de, caso se detecte um aumento no decorrer do tempo desse valor, se efetuar uma etapa b) a seguinte: b) se aumenta a vazão de alimentação com água e/ou com enzimas, com ou sem modificação da vazão em substrato lignocelulósico pré-tratado.
