Abstract

PNEUMÁTICO COMPORTANDO UMA BANDA DE RODAGEM CONSTITUÍDA POR VÁRIAS MISTURAS ELASTOMÉRICAS. A invenção refere-se a um pneumático, com armadura de carcaça radial, compreendendo uma armadura de vértice, ela mesma coberta radialmente com uma banda de rodagem reunida a dois talões por intermédio de dois flancos, a referida banda de rodagem compreendendo pelo menos duas camadas de mistura polimérica radialmente sobrepostas. De acordo com a invenção, uma primeira camada de mistura elastomérica carregada constituindo a parte radialmente exterior da banda de rodagem apresenta uma pontuação Z de macro dispersão superior a 80 e um valor máximo de tan(delta), notado tan(delta)max, inferior a 0,130 e uma segunda camada de mistura elastomérica radialmente interior à referida primeira camada de mistura polimérico apresenta um alongamento na ruptura a 60°C superior a 600%.
