resumo patente de invenção: "liga eutética quase ternária à base de ni-ti-cr para reparo de componentes de turbina a gás". a presente invenção refere-se a uma liga eutética quase ternária à base de ni, ti, cr apresentando uma temperatura de fusão relativamente baixa de aproximadamente 1230°c ou menos, adequada para fundir rachaduras em pás e palhetas de turbinas sem risco substancial de ruptura durante o processo de reparo. tal liga é adequada para a junção ou o reparo de baixa temperatura de pás de turbinas, uma vez que contém os mesmos componentes que as pás e palhetas de turbinas típicas sem elementos estranhos para diminuir o ponto de fusão do material reparado ou adversamente afetar as propriedades mecânicas do componente reparado. a exclusão de boro elimina a formação de compostos de boro quebradiços, prejudiciais às propriedades do reparo ou da costura.
