Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para perfilar un álabe de recambio (1) para una turbomáquina axial, que comprende las etapas de: medir la geometría de contorno de buje (5) y de la geometría de contorno de carcasa (6) del canal de circulación del álabe antiguo (11), así como la posición axial del centro de gravedad de la hoja de álabe del álabe antiguo (11); configurar la geometría de la hoja de álabe (2) del álabe de recambio (1), teniendo dicha hoja de álabe (2) en su borde delantero (7) un desvío tangencial negativo (14); definir una zona (21) próxima a la sujeción de la hoja de álabe (2), en la que se considera baja la influencia positiva del desvío tangencial negativo (14) en el grado de eficacia de etapa; y desplazar axialmente la porción de hoja de álabe del álabe de recambio (1), dispuesta fuera de la zona (21), en sentido corriente arriba hasta que la posición axial del centro de gravedad de la hoja de álabe (2) del álabe de recambio (1) coincida con la del álabe antiguo (11). En la zona (21) desde el corte (5) situado, en el lado de sujeción hasta la porción de hoja de álabe desplazada del álabe de recambio (2) el borde delantero (7) se inclina en sentido corriente abajo hacia la sujeción, por lo que en dicha zona (21), la hoja de álabe (2) tiene un desvío tangencial de transición (19).
