Abstract

MÉTODO PARA PERFILAR UMA LÂMINA DE SUBSTITUIÇÃO COMO UMA PARTE DE SUBSTITUIÇÃO PARA UMA LÂMINA ANTIGA PARA UMA TURBOMÁQUINA DE FLUXO AXIAL, LÂMINA DE ROTOR, LÂMINA DE ESTATOR, TURBINA A GÁS E LÂMINA DE COMPRESSOR. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para perfilar uma lâmina de substituição (1) para uma turbo máquina axial, que compreende as etapas de: medir a geometria do contorno do *cubo (5) e a geometria do contorno do *invólucro (6) do duto de fluxo da lâmina antiga (11), bem como a posição axial do centro de gravidade do aerofólio da lâmina antiga (11); definir a geometria do aerofólio de lâmina (2) da lâmina de substituição (1), o dito aerofólio de lâmina (2) tendo um varrimento retrógrado (14) na sua borda dianteira (7); definir uma região (21) do aerofólio de lâmina (2) que está próxima à montagem e na qual a influência positiva do varrimento retrógrado (14) no grau de eficiência de estágio é definida como baixa; e deslocar de modo axial a seção de aerofólio de lâmina de substituição (1) que é disposta fora dessa região (21) na direção a montante até que a posição axial do centro de gravidade do aerofólio de lâmina (2) da lâmina de substituição (1) coincida com aquela da lâmina antiga (11). Na região (21) a partir da seção de montagem lateral (5) para a seção de aerofólio de lâmina deslocada da lâmina de substituição (2), a borda dianteira (7) é inclinada a jusante em direção à montagem tal que o aerofólio de lâmina (2) tem um varrimento de transição (19) nessa região (21).
