Description
Claims (12)
- ブレード(1)組立体(2、22)の上流側に設けられ、少なくとも渦(16)を発生させるように形成された、流れに対して作用する複数の個々の装置(14A、14B)を備える、ターボ機械の圧縮機(3)用のブレード組立体であって、前記個々の装置(14A、14B)の各々が、再循環する流れ(G)が、空洞を循環して、その周りを通るシュラウド(5、23)の上流面(10)に配置され、再循環する流れ(G)は、前記個々の装置(14A、14B)が主要な流れ(E)および再循環する流れ(G)に対して同時に作用するように主要な流れ(E)内に再噴射される、ブレード組立体。
- 前記装置(14A)の少なくとも一部が、前記再循環する流れ(G)がその周りを通るシュラウド(5、23)の前記上流面(10)内に形成された凹みを含む、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記装置(14B)がまた、少なくとも前記再循環する流れ(G)を誘導するように形成される、請求項1または2に記載の組立体。
- 前記装置(14B)の少なくとも一部が、前記再循環する流れ(G)がその周りを通るシュラウド(5、23)の前記上流面(10)の領域内に配置されたリブを備える、請求項3に記載の組立体。
- 前記装置(14A、14B)の少なくとも一部が、2つの連続するブレード(1)間に配置される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組立体。
- 前記装置の少なくとも一部が、いずれの場合もブレード(1)のすぐ上流側に配置される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組立体。
- ターボ機械の圧縮機(3)用の整流装置(2)に対応し、前記整流装置(2)が、同軸である外部シュラウド(4)および内部シュラウド(5)に加えて、前記外部シュラウドと内部シュラウド(4、5)の間に互いに隣接して配置されシュラウドにその端部が連結されたブレード(1)を備え、さらに、内部シュラウド(5)上に設けられ、流れに対して作用する複数の個々の装置(14A、14B)も備え、前記装置(14A、14B)の各々は、内部シュラウド(5)の上流面(10)の領域内において、半径方向の外部側面(15)の近傍に設けられ、それによって主要な流れ(E)と、下流面(9A)から生じる、内部シュラウド(5)の半径方向の内部側面(11)の下方を通る流体の流れに対応する再循環する流れ(G)とに対して同時に作用する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の組立体。
- 前記整流装置(2)が、ブレード(1)を各々が備える、共に組み立てられた複数の個々の構造体(19)から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の組立体。
- 前記個々の構造体(19)各々には、縁部(20A、20B)の領域内に面取り部(19A、19B)が設けられること、および隣接する面取り部(19A、19B)が、いずれの場合も凹み(14A)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の組立体。
- ターボ機械の圧縮機(3)用のロータ(22)に対応して、前記ロータ(22)が、同軸である内部シュラウドおよび外部シュラウド(23)に加えて、前記内部シュラウドと外部シュラウドの間に互いに隣接して配置されシュラウドにその端部が連結されたブレード(1)を備え、さらに、外部シュラウド(23)上に設けられ、流れに対して作用する複数の個々の装置(14A、14B)も備え、前記装置の各々は、外側シュラウド(23)の上流面の領域内に設けられ、それによって主要な流れ(E)と、下流面から生じる、外部シュラウド(23)の半径方向の外部側面上を通る流体の流れに対応する再循環する流れ(G)とに対して同時に作用する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の組立体。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のブレード組立体(2、22)を少なくとも1つ備えることを特徴とする、ターボ機械の圧縮機。
- 請求項11に記載の圧縮機(3)を少なくとも1つ備えることを特徴とする、ターボ機械。
