Abstract

Una aleación eutéctica casi ternaria de Ni, Ti, Cr se describe con una temperatura de fundición relativamente baja de aproximadamente 1230 grados C o menos, conveniente para fusionar grietas en aspas y álabes de turbinas sin riesgo sustancial de agrietamiento durante el proceso de reparación; dicha aleación es conveniente para unión o reparación a baja temperatura de aspas de turbina debido a que contiene los mismos componentes que las aspas y álabes de turbina sin elementos extraños para disminuir el punto de fusión del material reparado o afectar de manera adversa las propiedades mecánicas del componente reparado; la exclusión del boro elimina la formación de compuestos de boro quebradizos, perjudicial para las propiedades de la reparación o costura.
